When should an order arrive?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible defective and non-defective new goods may be returned, and exchanges are accepted. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery, obtain approval, then use the free prepaid label enclosed in the package. There is no restocking fee.
How are refunds handled?
